The Automotive Leadership Roundtable & Awards brings together the best and brightest leaders in the industry to share best practices and to recognize the #1 top selling dealerships from each brand. The ALR (Automotive Leadership Roundtable) is an exclusive, By Invitation Only, event that includes intense learning during the day from extraordinary speakers and social networking experiences at night during the awards dinner where guests will enjoy a private dinner concert with an award winning musician. “It’s the Oscars of the Auto Industry,” said Grant Cardone, best selling author and noted sales expert.

Last year’s Keynote was delivered by Mark Burnett, the #1 Producer in history who currently has a number one show on TV every night of the week. Burnett was nominated for 98 Emmy’s and has created over 40 hit shows including Survivor, Shark Tank, Celebrity Apprentice and The Voice. Burnett was also nominated as one of time magazines most influential people in the world. Previous speakers at the all-day Leadership Roundtable have included thought leaders from Google, Facebook, Univision, TrueCar, Datium and many of the #1 selling dealers for the industries top franchises. In addition to the #1 selling dealers for the following franchises: Chevy, Honda, Acura, Audi, Maserati, Buick, Nissan, Mercedes and Lexus.

Automotive Leadership Roundtable

Dealers and other guests will attend an all-day Roundtable symposium at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach Hotel featuring high-powered talks from the #1 top selling dealers and industry thought leaders from Google, Facebook, Univision, True Car, Datium and others. Special guest speakers have included Mark Burnett, Executive Producer of 5 hit network television series, including Survivor and Shark Tank, and Jack Harbaugh, noted football coach and father of the first brothers to coach against each other in the SuperBowl and Rudy Ruettiger, the famous Notre Dame football player whose inspirational true story inspired the award winning film Rudy.

Awards Dinner on the Ocean Lawn

A five-star dinner and concert performance by Jon Foreman, lead singer and guitarist of the Grammy Award-winning band Switchfoot, followed by an after-dinner party at one of Miami’s most iconic hotels – the Fontainebleau Miami Beach celebrating the achievements of the #1 selling dealers of each brand and the 2016 recipient of the Automotive Leadership Legacy Award.

Invitation Only

This year’s Automotive Leadership Legacy Award recipient will be announced on the website before the event. Previous recipients included Dave Power, founder of J.D. Power and Associates. To learn more about Dave Power and his contributions to the automotive industry, click here.
